Plan Your Visit
Visiting a church for the first time can feel a little awkward — Where do I go? What do I wear? Will someone single me out? What about my kids?
Our goal at New View Church is simple: lead you to discover Jesus and live courageously.
What We’re Like
New View is a church for all generations where we strive to not be a friendly church, but a relational one. So expect you’ll be greeted, but not swarmed. No pressure. No pretending. Just people discovering Jesus together.
Service Times Sundays at 10:00am
Services typically last about 70 minutes and include modern worship, a practical message, and moments designed to help you encounter God.
Worship Style
Our worship is modern and engaging — current songs, a live band, and lyrics on screens. Here, people worship in different ways: hands raised, hands in pockets, singing loud, or just listening quietly. However you worship, our hope is for you get to see the Goodness of God.
Kids & Check-In
New View Kids is a safe, fun, and impactful experience for children ages newborn through fifth grade.
• Kids check in at our self-serve kiosk near the entrance
• Our Visioneers will help you every step of the way
• Secure check-in with matching parent/child tags
• Age-appropriate environments where kids learn about Jesus in a fun, engaging way
If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get checked in.
What Should I Wear?
Short answer: come as you are. Most people dress casually — jeans, hoodies, sneakers. Some wear their “Sunday best.” Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. We’re not grading outfits.
Parking & Accessibility
There are two entrances off 272nd St NW that lead to ample parking spots and ADA-compliant stalls available close to the building.
What If I Don’t Know Anyone?
Perfect. Many people don’t — until they do. We’ll help you find your way, answer questions, and connect if you want.
What Happens During the Service?
• Worship through music
• A brief welcome, a look at where we’re headed as a church, and a chance to continue worship through generosity.
• A message from the Bible to encourage and elevate your life.
• Opportunities to take next steps — we’re all on a faith adventure.
We’ll talk about guests and connection, but you’ll never be asked to stand, raise your hand, or introduce yourself publicly.
Will You Talk About Giving?
Yes — we believe generosity is a spiritual practice for all Christians, especially those who call New View Church home. We take 90 seconds to unpack biblical teaching on giving before continuing with the service. For those who desire to give, kiosks are available in the lobby and auditorium. As a guest, there’s no expectation for you to give.
Anything Else?
• Coffee is in the lobby
• Restrooms are clearly marked
• You’re free to step out anytime during service
• Questions are always welcome—before, during, or after — you can also email us at connect@newviewchurch.com
