Instead of checking your kids into Kids Ministry, we invite your whole family to sit side-by-side as we grow in faith across generations. This intentional and engaging service features an illustrated message designed to inspire everyone to live an elevated life—just like Jesus. Families will have the opportunity to worship, pray, receive communion together—and have some festive fun by wearing their best ugly Christmas sweaters.

Please note: there are no kids programs during Family Service, and while the nursery room will be open, it will not be staffed by volunteers.

Costumes, pumpkins, and a whole lot of chaos—this is not your average Halloween hangout. Join us for the YTH Halloween Party, where we’re throwing down with a night full of pumpkin carving, wild games, and seriously good snacks.

Come dressed to impress—there’s a prize for the best costume, so go big, go bold, or go bizarre. Whether you’re here for the carving skills or just for the sugar rush, it’s going to be a night to remember.

We can’t wait for Pumpkin Palooza—our annual fall celebration designed just for kids ages 0–5th grade during their regular Sunday classes. Kids are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and join in on a morning filled with festive fun! There will be pumpkin decorating and Bible-centered teaching, a perfect combination! This is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and neighbors with kids to come and experience a joyful, welcoming environment. Parents, while you enjoy the worship service, your kids will be making memories of their own in a safe, fun, and faith-filled space.

We conclude our September series on Cultivating a Heart for the House of God with a special offering to pay off the remodeling debt on our the building. For nearly 20 years we’ve been paying on this loan and we think it’s time to retire it early — freeing up the financial resources to be used in various ways to expand our influence here in Stanwood and around the world. We believe as we prioritize God’s house, he moves on our own — we declare: we are blessed, we are generous, we are debt free — for the glory of God to for the good of his kingdom. We invite you to pray about how you will participate in this Heart for the House offering and when you’re ready, you can give online or in-person on September 28th.

Our district youth director Matt Harder will be bringing the message, and Catyler Steele will be leading us in worship as we rally students from all over and carry forward the theme from Summer Camp: We are the MESSENGERS!

Get ready for one of our most anticipated events of the year—Nerf Night is happening on Tuesday, August 13th! It’s going to be an action-packed evening full of energy, friendly competition, and fun.

We’re encouraging students to dress like an action hero or soldier, and there will be a prize for the most creative costume! Students are welcome to bring their own Nerf gear (we’ll supply all the foam darts), but please leave foam swords and shields at home. Doors open at 6PM!

Join Pastor Justin on Wednesday nights starting August 6th at 7PM for a deep dive into what the Bible says about spiritual gifts. Together, we’ll study key passages that explore how the Holy Spirit equips believers, the purpose of spiritual gifts in the church, and how they reflect God’s design for His people. Whether you're familiar with these Scriptures or exploring them for the first time, this class will help you grow in understanding and faith.

National Night Out brings neighbors and local police together to build a stronger, safer community. New View Church is excited to host a booth featuring bottled water, a corn toss game for kids, and fun prizes.
