Brandon Wessner was born and raised on the Kitsap Peninsula. His father was a submariner in the Navy and his mother worked in recreation. After graduating in 1998 from North Kitsap High School, he attended Olympic Community College. It was during this time when Brandon began his journey to follow Jesus.

After completing OC, Brandon continued on to earn his bachelor's degree in history at Northwest University. During his educational studies, he had time to meet, date, and marry his wife, Emily. Also while completing his major, he also worked as a middle school director at Gateway Fellowship.

After Gateway Fellowship, Brandon was hired as an assistant pastor at Bayside Community Church in Kingston. He oversaw their youth ministry, while also leading other ministries such as their adult small groups and multi-venue evening gathering. After five years in Kingston, he moved to New View-Camano.

Outside of his time at New View, he loves to be with his wife and his two daughters (Isabella and Scarlett). Often times they will be out at a playground or cheering on a sporting event. The Wessner's are big Seahawks and Huskies fans and are, like most NW sporting fans, starving to celebrate some type of championship victory.
